Hailey Residence
Nestled into the hillside (literally!), the Hailey home is located on a 16-acre plot in Los Gatos. The key design element is the circular kitchen in the center hub of the house, with a circular staircase leading to a rooftop hot-tub that sports a 360-degree view of the valley. The covered swimming pool is topped with a double-insulated plastic material that’s bendable to form the arched roof – and is translucent to let in the sunlight.
